What is IndiKisan?

IndiKisan is a SaaS platform designed for agricultural dealers and distributors in India. It combines GST-compliant billing, farmer CRM (digital ledger), WhatsApp automation, voice billing, inventory management, and business analytics — all in one mobile-friendly app available in 10 Indian languages.

Who can use IndiKisan?

IndiKisan is built for agri-input dealers (fertilizer, pesticide, seed shops), distributors, and wholesalers. Farmers can interact with their dealers via WhatsApp chatbot. Manufacturers can list products and manage channel partners (coming in Phase 3).

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new registration gets a 14-day free trial of the FASAL (Harvest) plan with full features. No credit card required. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time.

Pricing & Plans

How much does IndiKisan cost?

Plans start at Rs 999/month (ANKUR plan). The FASAL plan at Rs 1,499/month includes voice billing and WhatsApp automation. VRUKSH at Rs 1,999/month offers unlimited features. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Annual plans save 20%.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Features & Technology

What languages does IndiKisan support?

IndiKisan supports 10 Indian languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, and Punjabi. The entire UI, invoices, and WhatsApp messages work in your chosen language.

How does voice billing work?

You speak into the app in your local language. For example, say 50 bags urea, Ram Kisan, village Rampur. The AI converts your speech into a structured invoice, shows it for confirmation, and creates the bill upon approval.

Can I use IndiKisan offline?

Yes. Invoice creation works offline and automatically syncs when you are back online. This is essential for dealers in areas with unreliable internet connectivity.

What GST features are included?

IndiKisan auto-calculates GST based on product category: Seeds (0%), Fertilizers (5%), Pesticides (18%), Equipment (12-18%). It generates GST-compliant invoices with HSN codes, and provides GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B report data.

Security & Data

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. IndiKisan uses enterprise-grade PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security ensuring complete data isolation between dealers. All data is stored in Indian data centers (Mumbai region). We comply with the DPDP Act 2023.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your data including farmer records, invoices, inventory, and reports as Excel or CSV files at any time. Your data belongs to you.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import farmer data, product catalogs, and outstanding balances from Excel/CSV files. Our onboarding team will help you set up everything during the 14-day trial.
