When you register on IndiKisan, we collect your name, mobile number, business name, state, and preferred language. When you use our services, we collect billing data, farmer records, inventory data, and communication logs that you create within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide the IndiKisan service: creating invoices, managing farmer CRM, sending WhatsApp/SMS messages on your behalf, and generating business reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Indian data centers (Mumbai region) on Supabase cloud infrastructure. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete data isolation between different dealer accounts. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Gupshup (WhatsApp API), MSG91 (SMS), Razorpay (payments), and Google Cloud (speech-to-text, OCR). These services process specific data as described in their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can request data deletion by contacting us at privacy@indikisan.com.
