1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using IndiKisan, you agree to these terms. IndiKisan is a product of Excelero Fintech Pvt. Ltd., registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2. Service Description

IndiKisan provides a SaaS platform for agricultural dealers and distributors, including GST-compliant billing, farmer CRM, communication automation (WhatsApp, SMS, voice), inventory management, and business analytics.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months if cancelled within the first 3 months. The 14-day free trial does not require payment and has no refund implications.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within IndiKisan (invoices, farmer records, inventory, etc.). You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IndiKisan only for lawful agricultural business purposes. You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates Indian law.
